By accessing and using MedCor AI's services ("Services"), a product of Perfect AIm LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.
2. Services Description
MedCor AI, a product of Perfect AIm LLC, provides AI-powered healthcare practice optimization solutions, including but not limited to:
- Real-time practice analytics and insights
- Revenue cycle optimization
- Patient flow management
- Provider efficiency tracking
- Custom healthcare KPI dashboards
- Training and consultation services
3. Service Plans & Pricing
3.1 Available Plans
We offer three service tiers: Pilot Program, Growth, and Enterprise. Each plan includes specific features and limitations as described on our pricing page.
3.2 Payment Terms
- Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance
- One-time setup fees are due upon contract signing
- All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our 30-day money-back guarantee
- Late payments may result in service suspension
3.3 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New customers are eligible for a full refund of their first month's subscription fee if they cancel within 30 days of service activation. Setup fees are non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
- Grant necessary access to systems and platforms for automation implementation
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and API keys
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Promptly respond to requests for information or approvals
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Perfect AIm Property
All automation frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary tools developed by Perfect AIm remain our intellectual property.
5.2 Client Property
All client data, content, and pre-existing intellectual property remain the property of the client. You grant us a limited license to use this material solely for providing our Services.
5.3 Custom Development
Custom workflows and automations created specifically for your business become your property upon full payment, excluding our proprietary frameworks and methodologies.
6. Data Security & Privacy
- We implement enterprise-grade security measures to protect your data
- We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
- We comply with applicable data protection regulations
- Data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy
7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
7.1 Uptime Guarantee
We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all automated workflows, calculated monthly. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from downtime calculations.
7.2 Support Response Times
- Pilot Program: Email support within 48 business hours
- Growth Plan: Priority support within 24 business hours
- Enterprise Plan: Dedicated support within 4 business hours
8. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Perfect AIm's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for third-party service outages or failures
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Perfect AIm harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of our Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any content or data you provide
10. Termination
10.1 Client Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
10.2 Perfect AIm Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services for:
- Non-payment
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal or unethical use of our Services
- Abusive behavior toward our staff
11. Modifications to Services and Terms
We reserve the right to modify our Services and these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be:
- First attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation
- If negotiation fails, resolved through binding arbitration in Florida
- Governed by the laws of the State of Florida
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Perfect AIm LLC regarding MedCor AI Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
